I worked with Paul Tanton in the successful recruitment of a Director of Transformation. We were looking for an unusual mix of skills - digital, OD, and HR. Paul was robust in his exploration of what we were after, and honest in his assessment of the challenges. Our first round was unsuccessful but helped us, with Consult HR’s support, to refine our target. I didn’t see this as a problem as we learned through the process and achieved a better outcome. The second round turned up some excellent candidates. James provided very useful profiling evaluations which informed the selection process. Consult HR’s help and advice we achieved a good outcome and for similar appointments I would use Consult HR again.
