Consult HR - Feedback

on Tuesday, 05 March 2019.

Hi Isobel
It was great to have a conversation with you yesterday, you are a breath of fresh air! In fact, Emma was inspiring too, so that says a lot about the culture at Consult-HR - which I like!

Emma's a superstar and a rare bread in a market full of mediocrity. I have worked extensively with Emma as both a client and candidate and will continue to do so with great reason. She's friendly, yet frank and above all highly passionate about connecting the right people together, with a genuine interest in ensuring a high quality journey for both the client and candidate. It never just feels like 'another business transaction' no-matter what end you might be on.

James represented our business professionally, handling all candidate communication with discretion and sensitivity. The successful outcome was a candidate who met the brief perfectly.
It was a great pleasure working with James through this process.

Rosie is a fabulous partner when looking for anyone in the Reward specialism. She takes time to listen to your requirements, validates them and has presented me in the past with an exceptional shortlist that makes the final appointment challenging as multiple candidates fit the brief. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosie and will happily work with her again.

I worked with Paul Tanton in the successful recruitment of a Director of Transformation. We were looking for an unusual mix of skills - digital, OD, and HR. Paul was robust in his exploration of what we were after, and honest in his assessment of the challenges. Our first round was unsuccessful but helped us, with Consult HR’s support, to refine our target. I didn’t see this as a problem as we learned through the process and achieved a better outcome. The second round turned up some excellent candidates. James provided very useful profiling evaluations which informed the selection process. Consult HR’s help and advice we achieved a good outcome and for similar appointments I would use Consult HR again.

Hi Emma
I saw the incredibly well written advert for the a role last night and felt compelled to reconnect and reach out this morning.
Although I’m not actively looking at the moment, this sounds like an exciting opportunity and I’d love to be considered. I’m leading Talent Acquisition in Europe for my current organisation and thoroughly enjoying the role, but this looks like an opportunity not to be missed!

Dear Debbie,
How lovely of you to send this message and ditto! I also want to thank you for your time and advice, to have the opportunity to spend time with a highly regarded recruiter was a gift and I am grateful.

James is a highly intelligent recruiter that quickly established trust and rapport with me. He understood what we are trying to achieve as a business and gave me great confidence in how he would manage that message to potential applicants.

My dear Nigel,
I trust you are well. I am looking and feeling younger as the years go by and I have no doubt you are too!
It is now 20 years since you recommended me to my current organisation and I have finally decided enough is enough. So I take my retirement at the end of this month and couldn’t do so without sending you my best wishes. For better or for worse you are the guy who made the second half of my career happen!
Please give my best wishes to Sheila who gave me some self-belief at a difficult moment in my life.
I shall always be grateful for your support and friendship over the years.
Take care
