Your entry point will be as a HR Business Partner supporting the franchisees of this instantly recognisable hospitality brand. Partnering with Heads of Operations and Franchises, you'll provide HR leadership, responsible for crafting initiatives to enhance capability, culture and operations across the estate.
It's all about making the franchises as successful as possible - through best practice, org design, effective hiring strategies, bespoke training, engagement, leadership development… and creating models that can be used to support the ambitious growth plans of this high demand part of the business. The role needs a skilled influencer, someone who knows how to connect, how to take people with them. You'll appreciate the complexity of the field, whilst also understanding the corporate operations that support it.
Your progression will be taken care of and you'll be given a clear line of sight as to what the next two or three steps look like, so nail this role and you'll climb the ranks quickly.
If you've operated strategically in multi-site HR, have led critical business initiatives, and have a theoretical toolkit to compliment your practical experience, then it would be great to hear from you. You'll need to demonstrate that you've had a progressive career to date and are dedicated to succeeding in your profession. A field-based role, you'll need geographical flexibility and have the desire to work internationally in the longer term.
