In this case, you'll join as a Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting a Head Office population in not just delivering top talent for their roles, but developing and delivering a strong EVP for their brand. You'll build an internal talent pipeline and be key in supporting succession and helping talent grow and move around the business.
There's lots to build on here, so as well as the bread and butter operational piece, you'll be able to refine and deliver the recruitment strategy, introduce creative ways to attract talent, and drive an inclusive approach to all recruitment activity.
You'll be someone who lives and breathes their brand. This is a big one - everyone knows them. You'll know how to create a robust, seamless recruitment experience for both internal and external talent, making candidate experience a top priority. You'll know what it takes to develop a strong EVP, and be able to bring your expertise in attracting top talent.
