As part of their small but specialised People Team you'll get to use all your skills in process design, project management and data interpretation, to create people processes that span areas including recruitment, onboarding and L&D, generating meaningful people metrics to make recommendations to improve the employee journey.

You'll need to have designed user journeys and processes. Don't worry - not the techy bit, it's the process design bit we need. You'll have followed project management methodologies, ideally understanding Agile. You'll also be analytically minded - nothing overly complex, but understanding what and how to measure. Academically, you'll have qualifications that demonstrate your intellectual horsepower and commitment to your own learning and development.

You'll be working remotely for a while, but at some point you'll need to be able to get into the London office a couple of days a week.
