As HR Advisor you will provide both support and coordination across a range of transactional HR processes along with first line advice of a generalist nature in what is a fast paced commercial environment, supporting both clients and the wider HR Consultancy team. This will include maintaining employee records, preparation of key HR correspondence including employment contracts and offer letters, the updating of HR documents including policies, setting up and carrying out exit interviews, assisting in the coordination of recruitment processes and providing ad-hoc first line support on employee relations matters and supporting on HR projects.
Candidates should be of graduate calibre and full or part CIPD qualified. You'll have solid foundations to your HR experience and will have started to get involved in advisory level matters and be looking to build upon that experience. It is essential that candidates have an eye for detail and accuracy, whilst being able to operate at pace, possess strong written and verbal communication skills and with a growing understanding of employment law.
