Like many organisations our client is going through a period of transformational change at both a business and HR level. An SME in scale but complex in nature, a new HR system and HR operating model are going to be put in place. During this time of change they need an experienced and capable HR Operations/Administration Manager who can ensure all the key HR and payroll processes and BAU run really smoothly.
You are likely to be an experienced HR Manager who has a great handle on and knowledge of HR processes with the ability to drive them effectively but also to show commercial flexibility and adaptability. You will probably have managed the day to day HR activities in other small to medium sized businesses, leading small teams in doing so. In these days of remote working any experience of managing a remote team could be advantageous, whilst it will also be important to possess a gregarious and proactive nature to reach out to remotely based stakeholders and teams members who are all adapting to the new normal of home based working. Whilst the office is London based, the role will be home based until at least the autumn, so there is some flexibility as to candidates base location. However if you do not have easy access to London that may limit the ability to convert the contract to a permanent appointment.
