HR Manager - 12 month FTC
To £50,000 plus package
In this role you will lead an experienced team of HR Consultants that provide a broad range of second line HR support to HR Business Partners and the business encompassing employee relations, key change projects and driving cyclical HR processes.
As the HR Manager you'll play very much an active role in key programs, retaining a hands on delivery role across change projects and more complex employee relations, whilst also being a point of escalation and someone who can mentor and coach your team and provide direction and prioritisation to workload.
You should be an experienced generalist HR professional, strong on change and ER and with prior experiencing of managing other HR professionals at Advisor level.
The role is a maternity cover contract likely to commence in 4-6 weeks time ideally on a 30 hour per week basis, however there is some flexibility around the shape of that up to full time.
