Would a 4-day week help you keep your balance?

It's hard juggling it all isn't it? You love your job, are serious about your career, but there just aren't enough hours in the day to allow you to be successful in the other areas of life that need your attention too!

If that sounds familiar, then hopefully this one can help you with that balancing act.

You'll get to work for a global consulting firm - one that lives to its values and celebrates new ways of thinking. You'll be part of a broader reward team - who can really help you develop your reward skills and increase your exposure to the specialism. If you're looking to add more tools to your Reward armoury, then they will help you put them there!

You'll get to advise on the full reward spectrum - all the latest comp and bens trends and initiatives, carrying out research, presenting benchmarking data, as well as supporting the full reward cycle including salary and bonus review. You'll also get to lead on a range of reward projects - you can really make your mark here!

If you'd love to develop your career in Reward in a firm with a great reputation, then all you've got to do is send me a CV (or drop me a note if you haven't got an up to date one!) showing all of the great numerical and analytical skills you've gained whilst working in a Reward Advisory capacity, and you'll be one step closer!

This role can be offered on a 4 or 5 day per week basis.
