Working as a high calibre HR Advisor who can work independently with Managers on all things ER this includes first line advice, working through complex ER cases, TUPE, Redundancy, Restructure as well as day to day absence and conduct management.
Taking an active role which includes drafting invite and outcome letters to leading on Sickness absence and Long Term Sickness management, this is a hands on HR role working with high energy stakeholders in an environment which doesn't stand still so you'll need great organisational skills and an ability to multi task.
Although this role will work remotely you will be working as part of a large HR Management team taking a proactive approach to supporting Divisional HR Managers with ER matters across the business, although you will be expected to handle the majority of cases with little involvement from the HR Managers they are always on hand to support with advice and influence where required.
Educating Line Managers on how to harness HR Policies and Procedures to drive performance and address workplace issues whilst working commercially with the business to identify the best way to address and resolve a multitude of situations.
You will have a background in HR working in an automotive, retail or hospitality environment where you have a proven record of supporting and coaching Managers of all abilities.
You be given the right tools to offer support and guidance for your customers, you just have to bring a wealth of experience, great communication and relationship building skills and a flexible approach to problem solving.
A valid EU or UK driving licence would be an advantage as there will be a requirement to travel to various sites to support the needs of the business.
