Essex (regional) £45,000 plus car, fuel, bonus. (Total compensation c£70,000)

Supporting Directors and Managers to deliver the agreed Group HR policies whilst ensuring high levels of stakeholder engagement.
Providing clear guidance to the division on cultural and behavioural expectations.
Promoting the implementation of data driven solutions across the spectrum of HR challenges.
Supporting divisional workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and efficiency/productivity measures as well as having input into people cost reviews.
Defining and managing processes supporting change programmes
Identifying coaching and management development needs.
Working in partnership with the wider HR Team to deliver first class people services.
Managing complex ER matters.
