Are you an HR Advisor that is looking for stretch and challenge in your role. Where you'll have an interesting mix of employee relations and project work within a large and growing corporate environment, with a line manager who is keen to coach and develop you?
Based at the London Head Office of this 5,000 employee multi-site business, you'll get regular exposure to senior stakeholders. You'll also be able to play a part in central HR projects such as the re-design of on-boarding processes, fresh employee engagement initiatives and supporting succession planning. You'll need to demonstrate a solid base of employment law knowledge and ER experience as a core of the role will be managing a range of ER casework. Ideally you will be on the road to CIPD qualification and bring prior experience at HR Advisor level.
