Senior HR Business Partner
£65,000 - 75,000 + bonus

One minute in the detail, the next, blue sky….?
Because this Senior Business Partner role is a bit of a game of two halves.
With one hand you'll partner a highly corporate bunch, used to HR, but needing support to further embed policy and process. With the other you'll partner the CEO of a growing division that's had little exposure to HR.
Both groups need a focussed people plan that works in line with the business strategy, embedding not only good practice, but talent and performance management strategies, succession and D&I initiatives.
And both are within a high change setting, a business in a significant period of organisational change, both culturally and structurally.
You'll be championed by a People Director with a very clear vision and strong leadership, and an energy and passion that is increasing the appetite for all things HR across their global workforce.
Coming from a more professional services/consultative background would stand you in good stead in this role. Having experienced highly regulated environments, you will understand the importance of process and policy, and know how to influence to get it to land. Add in the mix partnering a growing division's CEO means you'll need credibility and gravitas, so you'll need to be able demonstrate impact at this level, and have a broad technical toolkit from which to draw from.
