£65,000 -£75,000 + bonus

You can have them well into your 30's as well.
But with age comes wisdom, and thankfully we know how to deal with things far better than when we were young teens!
The great thing about growing pains is that it means things are changing. Which is a great start. But some feel it more than others, some are crippled by it, and some are oblivious it's happening at all!
And that's what this role is all about. Helping this 30-year-old business get through the growing pains and emerge as a well-rounded grown up.
You'll partner a successful bunch, but they're not all at the same stage of the change journey. There's a lot to do - build out the People Plan, implement strong talent management and succession, engagement, develop D&I, and help them become more strategic in their thinking.
It's a fully generalist role, with a focus on talent, and we'd love it if you came with experience that has seen you apply all your HR knowledge in a large, matrix setting, partnering a group through high change and growth. We need you to know how to handle these growing pains and how to best support the people at different stages of the journey.
You'll be part of a wider HR team, which is led by a hugely passionate and dynamic People Director, so you'll have support and backing from the top, as well as have talented specialists in L&D and Resourcing to help you execute your strategies.
