    This is a role for a true generalist. You'll take the lead on providing ER and policy support across a varied population. Alongside this you'll get involved across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, talent management, reward, people analytics etc.) and there's always going to be interesting people projects to be involved in so it's a role that offers real variety. You'll be working with bright, capable and driven people so it's a stimulating environment that will allow you to be at your best.

    The role will suit someone that has experience as a generalist in a large, complex organisation which has a sophisticated HR function. You'll have deep employee relations expertise with a solid understanding of UK legislation and employment best practice (ideally you'll be have the academics and professional qualifications to back this up too). You'll be a confident and credible communicator, able to influence and to act as a trusted advisor to the business.
