£45,000 to £55,000 plus bonus

There is a fairly blank canvass to start with. The role will take a holistic approach to the total benefits and rewards offering and provide you both scope and real breadth. You'll analyse the benefits offering and use your insight and research to understand market trends and to generate ideas and solutions that will frame, renew and grow the global benefits offering and be the key point of contact in the business for all benefits related activity.
