With a largely new and progressive leadership team this fast paced multi-site business is looking to appoint its first L&D Manager. Your mission, get close to the business, understand the challenges, business priorities and learning needs and put in place the processes and solutions that can help the business drive forward.
Very little formal L&D is in place at the moment. It's a standalone role in a largely blue collar environment, so you will need to be pragmatic, solutions focussed, able to demonstrate experience of embedding a blended learning approach in similar environment and bring the tenacity and robustness to introduce your ideas and ensure they hit the ground running
