HR Business Partner 6 month FTC
£50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and bens
The UK and Ireland business of a growing global organisation with a high performing collaborative and down to earth culture have a great opportunity for a well-rounded generalist HR Business Partner to support their commercial and enabling functions on initially a 6 month fixed term contract.
Aligning closely with senior stakeholders you will seek to add value as they seek to drive continuous improvement and excellence in their functions through increased collaboration and feedback. Whilst a broad generalist role encompassing supporting the business through employee relations, key reward calibration cycles and the talent agenda there will also be scope to be involved in interesting projects such as focuses around engagement, EVP, wellness and recruitment processes encompassing the candidate experience.
You should be an experienced HR generalist business partner/manager with a creative and facilitative and supportive style who's extrovert personality builds relationships quickly. Ideally you will have partnered high intellect fast paced client groups within a commercial b2b sales and marketing led environments previously. The role is being looked at on a full time basis however there is also some scope to consider flexible working arrangements such as a 4 day week. We are looking for a candidate who can commence in early January 2020 if not before.
