There is a fairly blank canvass to start with. The role will stretch between the strategic and operational agendas and across the whole of the reward spectrum. You'll devise, shape and agree with the business on how the reward offering and frameworks are built to both engage and retain talent and how the structures within the organisation will enable the movement of that talent between divisions and locations.
