This is a newly created positon reporting into the US. We are looking for an ER expert that has managed complex and high risk cases for a major commercial company. This role will be coving low volume cases highly complex cases across EMEA and Asia.

It will offer huge amounts of autonomy and the opportunity to shape the UK ER function. You'll be an Employee Relations expert with experience from a complex matrix environment.
