As an experienced HR Business Partner with a broad grounding across all HR disciplines you will recognise that strong relationships with the business are fundamental to identifying the opportunities to add commercial value alongside smoothing the path to embedding the wider people agenda.
Partnering bright business leaders who are passionate about what they do, you will need to both understand and help shape the strategic agenda and break that down into deliverable plans. The focus will be broad ranging encompassing but not limited to organisation design and change, talent and succession, engagement, communications and reward. You will also need to be a pragmatist, who can work with ambiguity, and with your team deliver on the more 'sleeves rolled up' agendas across employee relations, HR cycles and processes.
