Learning and Development Specialist - 4 days per week

With a new and inspiring HR and Learning leadership team our client is looking to transform areas such as their approach to leadership development; what their apprenticeship offer should look like and how they manage strategic resource planning. Most areas are up for grabs in terms of change and improvement, supported by a motivated stakeholder group who are hungry for development and supportive of new initiatives. So it's likely to be an exciting time with great scope to make a difference quickly and an opportunity to really build on your experience.
The role will have real breadth, from partnering with the business and clarifying learning needs, to design work, leading some project workstreams, some co-facilitation and managing coaching and mentoring provision.
You'll be able to demonstrate exposure across the entire learning cycle especially in the areas of management development and personal effectiveness training. You'll love coaching individuals and teams and ideally you will have already secured a coaching accreditation to develop yourself in this area. You'll be an L&D professional who's hungry to make a difference and excited, rather than phased, by the fact that not all structures are in place yet and that there is the scope to play a key role in creating something great.
