    Working here is pretty cool.

I hate to use the word 'cutting edge', but what they do really is. It's fascinating!

So don't expect a company full of corporate types - you'll be surrounded by super smart engineers, those at the top of their game in R&D, niche specialists who are developing innovative and pioneering new products.
As with all great businesses, it's the people that make this place. And these people are talented, niche and inventive, so HR has a very important part to play in making sure they are attracting, retaining and developing their talented workforce.

You'll be joining an established and respected HR team, managing all aspects of their HR technology, data, reporting and analytics. It's not just about managing and reporting the data - it's doing something with it, so you'll need to translate it to meaningful insights - working with your HR colleagues to help them turn your insights into actions.

This role won't just be about the BAU, you'll get involved in a heap of different projects whether it be implementing new modules into the current HRIS or gender pay gap reporting - you'll get to flex your analytical muscles in a variety of ways.

And all within a culture that encourages balance in your life, offering great sports facilities, an on-site nursery and a great social calendar.

As I said, a pretty cool place to work.

If this sounds like something you'd like to be part of then drop me a note. All you need is some decent analytical experience within HR or Reward and we can take it from there!
