Interim HR Shared Service Project Manager
c£60,000 or day rate
A technological innovator and global leader in its field our client offers a fascinating business environment of scale where there is real scope to make a difference. As someone who has deep HR Shared Service experience you'll recognise that shaping and evolving the service proposition to meet the needs of the business is critical to success. Equally leading, coaching and motivating the team to deliver whilst identifying process and systems improvement will lead to a high performing function. This 3 to 6 month contract role will provide the scope and challenge to demonstrate the impact you can have in all these areas and more. You'll work with business and HR function to identify areas of improvement and help shape the future direction of the HR Shared Service offering, nail down current and future processes, play a role in the landing of a SuccessFactors implementation and also contribute to projects such as terms and conditions harmonisation.
