HR Shared Service Manager - fixed term contract
To £60,000 plus car allowance

As someone who has managed a HR Shared Service operation previously you'll recognise that shaping and evolving the service proposition to meet the needs of the business is critical to success. Equally leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver whilst identifying process and systems improvement will lead to a high performing function. This fixed term contract role will provide the scope and challenge to demonstrate the impact you can have in all these areas and more. You'll work with business and HR function to shape the future direction of the HR Shared Service offering, nail down current and future processes using your process mapping skills and seek and act on opportunities to improve, during a time of systems implementation with the introduction of SuccessFactors.
