Internal Communications Lead - HR Systems
£80,000 + bonus
12 month fixed term contract
The two words 'information' and 'communication' are often used interchangeably, but they signify quite different things. Information is giving out; communication is getting through. (Sydney J. Harris)
And when you are leading the internal comms on a global roll out of a new HR System, incorporating 23 languages, it is very blimin' important that you are getting through!
And that's what makes this such a great project. To lead, own, create your own internal branding, decide the tone, set the language … right from the start.
You'll get to kick off the comms for the global implementation of Success Factors - a mammoth project in a business that employs over half a million people. Yep, you read that right. Half a mil.
You'll create the comms and branding strategy, own the approach for global content, build a global comms network, own the comms delivery roadmap - this is your ship to steer.
Because of the size, scale and responsibility in this role, you'll need to bring certain things to the party from day 1 - mainly having done this before - leading internal comms for an HR Systems Implementation (it doesn't have to be SuccessFactors - Workday would be fine too), within a complex, global environment.
It's a 12 month contract at the mo, but there's likely to be slippage, so the need for extension is possible. Culture and performance wise, it's all about output, so this isn't a 9-5. In a global role that's never going to work. You'll need to be flexi to the global clock, but it's all give and take.
If you like the sound of this and want to learn more, then get in touch - we'd love to hear from you.
