Interim HR Business Partner
To £40,000 plus benefits
Great opportunity to join the fast paced and growing national business to provide effective operational business partner support to their recently established central customer support centre and back office shared service operations for finance. It is initially a 6 month fixed term contract and will be of a HR generalist nature with the core of the role heavily involved in supporting line managers in managing employee relations issues such as sickness, absence and disciplinary and grievance whilst also having an active involvement in interview and selection processes.
You should be an experienced HR Advisor or early HR Business Partner who brings prior experience of providing HR support to a high volume call centre environment, with a good depth of experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
