This is no ordinary HR Business Partner role.
Reporting into the Head of HR for this iconic brand who heavily invest in their people, you rebel against boring 'HR' norms and are obsessive about the experience HR provides.
We're looking for a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner who has the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
You'll have strong business partnering skills and the ability to work with senior Head Offices stakeholders.
Your key focus will be to drive culture and engagement with 15% of your time focussed on wellbeing and 85% on talent management & business partnering.
