HR Systems Expert (SuccessFactors)
Competitive Salary + package
This is the ideal role for an HRIS (SuccessFactors) expert. Why? Well, a few reasons…
1. HR and the systems that underpin HR are taken seriously and properly resourced
2. You'll join a sophisticated, high calibre, HR function that is respected by the organisation
3. The company style is consistent, considered and structured - pretty handy for someone managing systems projects!
4. Personal wellbeing and professional development are key priorities
You'll already be working for a big organisation so size won't impress you. But be assured, this is a major, global, technology brand you know, and one that really looks after and invests in their people.
You're already an experienced HRIS specialist so you know what's involved - managing the development, testing and implementation of systems and upgrades, project managing major (and minor) systems projects, supporting stakeholders and coordinating between groups (internal, vendor and third party), creating and delivering user training… you know the score.
You will need a solid working knowledge of SuccessFactors - it's not the only system you'll be playing with but it's the biggie! You'll be an accomplished Project Manager and understand how big, matrix organisations work and you'll have the interpersonal skills to get things done. You'll love engaging stakeholders (including the tech-cautious and change resistant) to solve problems, make improvements and ensure everyone is capable and confident on these key business systems.
Sound interesting? If you've got a CV that's ready to go, please send it through, but if not, why not use your LinkedIn profile to start the conversation and we'll see where it goes.
