This is a lovely role, working within a really established HR team, and you'll be supporting stakeholders that truly want to partner with you.
It's a role that's going to be super busy, and very varied, so you'll need to turn your hand to all sorts - ER, recruitment & interviewing, benchmarking, occupational health, training, performance management, projects as well as all the administration that goes with managing your own stakeholder group - right to work, contracts, pay reviews, reporting….
The company is big, global and complex, but the population you'll be responsible are all UK based. You'll work side by side with the wider HR team and the Centres of Excellence, so it's easy to call on them for specific expertise and input.
They are quite specific in terms of what they're looking for in their Senior HR Advisor - you will have partnered a population of a similar size - around 100 people, but within a large matrix organisation, and been responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle. You'll need to be super organised, highly collaborative, resilient, and have dealt with challenging stakeholders - you'll be used to having difficult conversations and acting on difficult decisions. You'll be confident working with HRIS and using Excel, and have a really good grasp of employment law and best practice.
