Reporting into the Chief People Officer and Partnering with the Senior Management team, you 'll deliver the people strategy across all business functions and lead the recruitment and L&D teams as well as being accountable for employee engagement, the D&I strategy and having ownership of Internal Communications.
This is a crucial role where you'll need to be at the top of your game as the driving force for the talent agenda for a successful High Street Fashion Brand with healthy pre-tax profits and ambitious expansion plans into the Middle East, South America, Africa and Asia
You'll be a critical partner to an awesome CPO who values challenge and debate, and you'll be integral to the project that they are about to embark on across the business in regard to greater efficiencies around their operating systems.
As Head of Talent, Engagement and Culture you will shape and implement a strategy which helps drive the employee value proposition, employee brand and learning & development needs.
To be successful you'll have the ability to innovate and operate with a progressive mind-set. As well as having extensive experience of recruitment and talent attraction strategies, deigning executive level talent programmes and having exceptional people management skills. Oh yes and the ability to get results through motivating others (3 direct reports).
