HR Business Partner (12 month FTC)
London (some UK travel required)
* Do you consider yourself an HR strategist that's into the detail and loves seeing things through at the operational end of the spectrum?
* Want the autonomy to partner a high calibre, commercial bunch whilst company wide HR strategic improvements?
* Thrive in a position of trust and one in which you can bring ideas to the table, within a structure (and population size) that means you can, really, get things done?
You'll partner a high profile, corporate, population (predominately technology, sales and project management types) in a role that requires you to strategically partner the leadership whilst managing the day to day operations that keep the wheels turning.
There are a number of projects on the HR roadmap eg.a review of talent management architecture, systems implementation, recruitment and onboarding strategy, opening a key operation in APAC, L&D initiatives etc. Therefore, alongside the Business Partnering day job, you'll have the opportunity for company wide strategic involvement, working very closely with a fantastic HR Director.

If you enjoy using your expertise to inform balanced, commercial, decisions, this is a great place to be.
Offered as a 12 month contract and based from central London, you'll be supporting stakeholders across the UK (with a strong south east focus) so some travel is required.
If you are: able to commit to a contact role, have a cv that shows you can balance the operational with the strategic in a commercial environment, have made improvements to the people operations that have had a demonstrable business impact and are a confident and credible communicator at a senior level, I'd love to hear from you to find out if this could be a good match.
