Use your employee relations and strategic HR experience to engage with, and devise solutions for, third party organisations.
You'll be supporting a wide range of organisations to achieve their operational goals by impacting how then manage their processes. We'll be upfront, the core objective is to support the on boarding of new clients so it's fundamentally a sales role. However, we're looking for a true consultant, with specific expertise in devising solutions in a corporate environment. The role offers you the opportunity to join a company that will support your transition and development, there is an established sales operations infrastructure in place to support you and training and coaching will be provided on business development processes and techniques to support your growth.
You'll get the opportunity to use your commercial acumen, creativity and solutions focused approach to devise best in class solutions.
