Location - Hampshire base, however could be based in most location due to the amount of travel.

Working together with the Commercial teams and HR colleagues the HR Business Partner EMEA (HRBP) will co-design, develop and deliver Human Resource programmes and strategy for the assigned companies in the region as well as the units supported, sound like the type of opportunity you might relish?
You will act as a trusted advisor to the leaders of the businesses that they are aligned to plus their management teams by providing advice, guidance and positive challenge to create the right culture for continued growth. The HRBP role is a hands on business partnering type position, also managing some aspects of operational HR. The role supports the ACE countries (Africa and Central Eurasia - Israel, India, UAE, Turkey, South Africa and Russia) plus CEE countries (Central and Eastern Europe - Poland, Czech, Slovakia and Hungary). An HR Coordinator, who is focused on the UK, has a dotted line into this role. In Russia we have two additional local HR support people based in Moscow, including an experienced HR Manager who reports directly into this position. This HRM also supports the Central and Eastern Europe countries. These country clusters may change as the organisation evolves.
There is significant emphasis currently in contributing to the global talent strategy and implementation of the resulting initiatives across the whole EMEA region (all 25 countries) as well as Inclusion & Diversity.
