This is an incredible opportunity for the new HR Director to support this growth by shaping and building the function and initiating and landing clear people strategies and processes that will drive forward the development, engagement, attraction, retention and performance of their employees and teams. Key agendas will include; developing an approach to managing talent; building a structured learning offering that has a high degree of awareness across the business; an approach to effective communications.
Culture fit will be vital in making this appointment. With that in mind our client is open to considering candidates who are currently operating at Head of or ambitious HR Business Partner/Managers who have led teams that are looking for their first step into an overall HR leadership role. It would be considered a clear advantage if you bring HR experience of working within a Partnership, Law Firm, Legal Sector. You'll have experienced first-hand and possess a good knowledge of what best practice looks like, and be able to bring creativity around how that can be best applied to an SME that is going through the growth that brings scale, maturity and complexity. You will relish the prospect of adding value to a fast paced, growing business and will have a high level of integrity and professionalism.
