This is a great opportunity for an ambitious L&D Coordinator who wishes to prove themselves in a busy corporate environment and have the scope to grow toward a training/learning manager role.
The role will provide significant exposure across key stakeholders to executive level in the business. The core of the role will be to coordinate all leaning and development and onboarding activities across the group, reporting into the Head of L&D. You will need to be able to work at pace, be a problem solver, with an eye for detail and superior communication skills. Your passion and interest in L&D may already have seen you study toward relevant graduate or professional qualifications and you should be hungry to develop your experience by getting involved in the creation of learning materials both off and on-line.
