Interim Senior Reward & Benefits Manager- (with travel)
Salary: FTC or day rate - neg
Location: Dorset however we will consider Candidates who are based in Croydon and willing to spend a minimum of 2 days a week in the Head Office.

You will have a proven track record of compensation practices, including, managing salary review and bonus, long term incentive plans and job evaluation combined with understanding of HRIS systems and the opportunities offered by e-enablement in terms of effectiveness, cost leadership and user experience.
Your abilities to communicate and collaborate with others is the most important skillset you have for this position: you will have the opportunity to be directly involved with the Remuneration Committee whilst supporting our HR Director, specifically by ensuring the provision of quality information for proposal papers to aide decision making. In addition you'll be joining just as we are getting ready to launch a new market leading social recognition platform, which will bring further opportunities to collaborate with the business to embed this successfully.
You're naturally curious, insightful and get to the bottom of problems that your stakeholders haven't even thought of yet! As part of the HR leadership team, you will also contribute to the leadership of the wider HR team focussing on driving continuous development and improvement of the function.
