Work with purpose
You'll get the opportunity to create and implement a more structured approach to individual and organisational development for a global charity. Build the people development strategy from the ground up. Reporting to the CEO you'll be responsible for improving the people performance by ensuring the right learning and development tools are available to everyone, allowing colleagues, globally, to perform at their best.
Enhance organisational performance. In particular, by leading the development and implementation of an online project management system which will allow better monitoring and evaluation of programmes (you'll get to use this information to identify gaps and inform individual development needs).
Have variety. You'll input into the broader people strategy so, although your core focus is on development, your reach will be across the employee lifecycle. Experience in more generalist HR operations will be required to support in this area.
