How does having the flexibility of working 3-4 days a week in a key senior manager position leading the HR function of a rapidly growing consultancy sound?
Here's an opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing boutique consultancy as their first Head of People, reporting to the MD. The role has been created because the company knows how important it is to properly resource the people function. The focus is on continuing to develop the high performance culture and working with the leadership to devise and deliver a solid people strategy.

We're open to the exact format of the working week. It's likely to be over 3-4 days but how this is done isn't predetermined (although you will need to be in the office on Fridays). You'll have significant generalist HR experience and be comfortable in a position where you are responsible for the entire function, able to jump from the strategic to the detail and back again at the drop of a hat. You'll know what 'good looks like' and keep at the forefront of HR best practice. Experience in people development, coaching and a focus on continuous improvement is required.
