HR Policy and ER Specialist
£40,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits
An opportunity to join an established and progressive corporate HR function to drive both HR policy and process improvement and play a key role within key employee and industrial relations projects. You will oversight all HR policies to ensure they are up to date, compliant with legislation whilst being progressive in nature, whilst also ensuring governance is in place and that broader HR processes and contract/templates meet both the needs of the business and align with global. You will be a key partner to the wider HR team and also work closely with the Head of ER.
You are likely to be CIPD qualified, with a strong employment law knowledge and interest, whilst having built strong experience around the governance and professional standards required within an effective HR function. You will bring well developed communication skills and the ability to build good networks and stakeholder relationships. This is a great opportunity to play a central role in a high calibre HR function. Whilst the role is full time there is also an openness to consider variable or part time working options.
