This is a meaty one. And it's working for one of the best businesses out there (in my humble opinion).
You'll get to be responsible for the design, development and implementation of all executive reward, covering top leaders, including PLC Directors. You'll be the 'go to' for all things Exec Comp - supporting the RemCo, advising on senior appointments and exits, providing expertise to stakeholders across multiple brands that sit within this huge group.
You'll lead the end to end reward process for senior executives, setting the principles and framework - job evaluation, benchmarking, pay review, bonus, share grants as well as putting in recommendations, preparing papers and analysis for the RemCo, and you'll keep a close eye on key themes, issues and trends emerging from the outside…
The role is part of a wider Reward team - all super nice people - and the function sits within a sizeable, sophisticated (recently restructured) HR Centre of Excellence.
It doesn't matter if your experience has come from consultancy or in-house - you just need to be a guru on all things Exec Reward, who wants exposure to a PLC that is pacey, agile and in major change mode.
