HR Business Partner: D&I Specialist (8 month contract)
£50,000 + package (flexible working available)

* Open to an 8 month contract (which could lead to longer term opportunities) and can be offered with a degree of flexibility on the working hours and location?
* Want to work in an environment where D&I is seen as a fundamental component of the people strategy, that can be impacted through practical policy based strategies and solutions rather than being seen as a siloed 'add -on'.
This is an opportunity for an HR professional to take the reins of D&I in a well-known international FMCG, using your generalist HR experience combined with a proven track record in driving the D&I agenda you will inform and coordinate the group strategy. The organisation has solid D&I foundations to build from but they are early in their journey so this is an ideal contract for someone that wants to be a thought leader and to have an impact at all levels in a mature, sophisticated organisation.
The D&I agenda is high profile and enjoys high levels of engagement in the business at all levels so you'll be supported and work closely with the Board. This is a key stated priority for the business meaning you'll get the authority and the resources to make a difference.
Your foundations will be in generalist HR but you will have developed specific, deep, knowledge of, and a track record in, leading the Diversity and Inclusion strategy. We're not precious about industry exposure, but experience impacting the D&I strategy in a sizable, international, commercial organisation is what we are looking for on your CV.
