Senior Regional HR Advisor 6 month contract
Enfield with travel (predominately south east)
£40,000 - £50,000
* Value your autonomy and ability to manage your own diary?
* Get your energy from being out and about in the business?
* …and we're also open to discussing reduced hours if that's useful?
If you want to work with an HR Director who will seek your ideas and values creativity, who will trust you and give you the authority and autonomy that you need and allow you to develop strong relationships with the business this could be a great option.
As the regional HR Advisor role, you'll partner multiple sites of a niche facilities management company. Based from a site near Enfield, this is a high visibility role so you'll spend much of your time out in the region, supporting your teams with all things HR, there is an immediate focus on ER and policy but you'll be advising across the employee lifecycle.
One of the major considerations of this role is that you will be an in region Advisor, whereas the rest of the HR team are in the South West. Therefore, you will need to be highly self motivated, comfortable in a stand alone role and able to shout when you need support, you will be supported closely by the HR Director, a fantastic person to work with who values creativity and personality.
The business is at the start of a journey to redefine the people function, which is why this is being offered as a contract. As the HR operations mature, the role may change so they want to ensure that they have the flexibility to refine the structure but this may well lead to a longer term role and also there is the opportunity to be involved in HR projects.
You'll need to be available on reasonably short notice and able to commit to a period of 6 months, open to a role that will involve travel across the South East and be very confident in your current ER and legislative experience (ideally gained in a multisite, FM/retail/hospitality type environment).
