Well, here is a lovely new role… and one that you don't see very often.
To start with, you'll get involved in a brilliant Recruitment & Engagement project which is all about developing a programme for senior hires - analysing current processes and practices - what's in place, what works, what doesn't - and then you'll create a new Recruitment & Engagement Programme, which you will then utilise to bring some new senior hires on board.
And you'll get the chance to work with the HR team on other initiatives - L&D activities such as delivering internal training and inductions, management of the HRIS system, D&I projects and eventually you'll be given your own stakeholder group to partner and support. There is great longevity here - the opportunities to develop your HR career are plentiful!
It is a super role if you are wanting to broaden your experience. You may be in recruitment (in-house), L&D or in an HR advisory role - any of those can work - but you'll be a smart cookie who likes variety, can hold your own with senior stakeholder, be a stickler for detail, can work with great structure and you'll love putting in a process.
You'll need strong academics - and they love to see dedication to a profession, so if you're not already doing a specialist qualification, they will support you in doing so.
