£75,000 + Significant Bonus (OTE £150k)

Use your employee relations and strategic HR experience to engage with, and devise solutions for, third party organisations.
You'll be supporting a wide range of organisations to achieve their operational goals by impacting how then manage their HR processes. We'll be upfront, the core objective is to support the on boarding of new clients so it's fundamentally a sales role (the job title is actually Account Director). However, we're looking for a true consultant, an HR professional with specific expertise in devising ER solutions in a corporate environment, not someone that would necessarily consider themselves a sales person. The role offers you the opportunity to join a company that will support your transition and development, there is an established sales operations infrastructure in place to support you and training and coaching will be provided on business development processes and techniques to support your growth.
You'll get the opportunity to use your commercial acumen, creativity and solutions focused approach to devise best in class HR solutions, most likely with an employee relations focus, for some big names. The company is well established in the HR managed services field with a strong reputation and solid track record. There are big plans for growth being driven from the front by a high calibre leadership team so it's a genuinely exciting time to join.
If you are an HR professional with specific expertise in managing complex ER operations in a sophisticated, corporate HR environment (you'll need to know what HR best practice looks like) then this could be worth a look. You'll need to be resilient, organised, detail focused, strategic, articulate, and highly self-motivated and you will be comfortable engaging with a wide range of people, using your credibility as an HR professional to develop relationships to act as a trusted adviser.
