Internal Recruiter - Assessment Specialist

You'll be an assessment and selection subject matter expert within the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence of a high calibre HR department in a global technology brand. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process identifies the right people to ensure continued company growth. Although the main focus is on supporting UK recruitment activities, there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in international assignments and you'll be assessing and interviewing candidates at all levels from entry to SVP across a broad range of job functions.
As the assessment expert you'll need to demonstrate your credibility. You'll know your way around competency based, biographical and psychometric assessment processes and assessment centres. It would suit someone that is either: currently working 'in-house' as an assessment specialist, a consultant seeking to move client side (think what your life would be like if you didn't have utilisation or business development targets) or a recruitment generalist with specific expertise (and most likely formal training) in assessment that wants to specialise.
